We worked with World Text to develop a direct integration with our course/class management software via the World Text HTTP REST API. Alerts can now be sent out within a few clicks to the affected customers, giving them the best opportunity to receive the messages within an appropriate timescale.

In the majority of cases customers now receive their alerts far more quickly than through other services. In some cases immediately.
